We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 100 € and free shipping to Slovenia on all orders over 50 €.

*Cost of shipping to Austria are higher comparing other EU countries due to a new licensing of the packaging law and the additional costs that comes with it.
Most of our pieces are sewn upon receiving your order, so please be patient while we are working on your order. Processing time can vary between 1-7 days from the order date.
When the item is in stock - the order is shipped after proceeding your payment and accepting it by the seller. Delivery time (Europe) is normally between 2 and 7 working days depending on the location of the customer.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Non-EU countries may add tax and/or duty to your order – which is not included in shipping costs.
LUCI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please be sure to double check your address before placing an order. Also we are not responsible for any package delays once your product has been shipped out. There may be some delays for international shipping due to customs processing.
Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from Non-EU countries: additional costs may be applicable due customs in Slovenia.
